Practicing a regular natural skin care routine is essential to keep your skin free from dirt and bacteria that cause pimples and other skin blemishes. Remember to cleanse, exfoliate, tone and moisturize your skin regularly to make it healthier and more beautiful. Choose a gentle cleanser that is effective for the type of your skin. In using your preferred skin care product, cleanse your face with circular motion and use lukewarm water in rinsing. Avoid hot water because it tends to make your skin dry.

Cleansing must be followed by exfoliating. Granular products are highly effective in smoothing rough areas of the face and eliminating dead skin cells, resulting to a more moisturized skin.

After exfoliating, use an astringent or toner in order to tighten the pores and remove any makeup residue. You can do facial mask once a week as an alternative to astringent or toner. This will help unclog the pores as well as firm the skin, leaving it silky and soft to touch.

Lastly, use a soft water and pat your skin dry but do not remove all the water. Apply moisturizer onto your skin to help protect it from dryness. However, people who have oily skin do not need to moisturize often.
